I had my first panic attack for 9 months today whilst in the waiting room on my dentist. Was absolutely brilliant. I'm going back to bed to celebrate.

It is an accomplishment and one I hope to achieve again.
Put in my forms for more therapy too, so the past two days have been marked by productivity, of sorts.
On a plus side, the dentist was very nice to me.
