Just read a post in a different group noting that it is sometimes possible to locate our DS profiles and journals by typing in our user names. I have a user name that is relatively common on many sites, but on the first page of the Google search I did, indeed, find a reference right back to my profile on DS. I've since gone in and limited my journal access to friends only and also edited my profile -- but the original profile description still shows on Google.
I'm probably naive not to have thought of that before now, but thought I'd mention it in case there are others out there who aren't aware of it and might find it of some concern.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Not everyone would care, but I had written some journals about friends or work that I wouldn't really want anyone who knows me personally to read.
Hope that makes more sense.
