Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Also many therapists are open to the barter system. Just there is other help out there if you want it.
Hopefully, it'll work itself out soon.
I've done 3 sleep studies and found I have very mild sleep apnea and restless legs. Fine. But those don't happen until you go to sleep.
Now I'm 58, retired and can sleep as late as I want, but I don't like sleeping until 11:00. I've been thinking of either trying to make myself get up the first time I wake up or setting an alarm to see if I can break the cycle. And I know getting out and getting some fresh air helps as does exercise. It's a circle and I don't want to end up being up all night and sleeping all day.
I hope you get some suggestions to try. I'm in the same boat. Best of luck!
yep I can relate...! :)
good news....I actually got a 'little' bit of stuff done today...not much...
and certainly not as much as i would like...but...a little bit...a couple of small things...
bad news...it's five minutes to 11pm and I am up at the computer posting this before the day ends...wondering if i will sleep tonight...I IDK...maybe if i just climb into bed, get under the covers and try I will go to sleep...but my mind is racing right now...and I am afraid that if I do ...i will just toss and turn again...ho hum....
btw...I loved the comment by 'doghunter59' ... it made me laugh!...
but that is exactly how I've felt for a very long time now... :(
