Sometimes I wonder how it feels to just die, release all the pain and all depresion that haunting me. Work, home, love, friends all screwed up, whats the meaning of life then? all the things that complete me just keep fading away, my dream job, my dream life, all my dream. Its pretty clear that my only path is to join to the God, :(
I am sorry mom, I let you down. I am sorry....

Just thought I would join this group now that I am a widower. My wife passed away May 28th. She was "The Wind Beneath My Wings". When I met her, I was a drunken, dope smoking, fighting, hell raising biker. She told me if I could get rid of the inner storm within me, that I could be a blessing to people. God placed her in my path to stop me. I have been drug and alcohol free now for 53...

My husband and I got our foster license last month, after 3 years of hard work (we had to start over multiple times due to family dramas and Mom's open heart surgery). We spent a year preparing the whole house, guest rooms, and children's bathroom for older kids of 7 yr old and up. Then we got a call that we have been approved to receive twin newborn premies. I don't know what makes you feel like a failure to your mom. True love overlooks failure. If you'd like to know my story, send me a message and I will share it with you. It will probably be worth your while to see what I have endured and experienced. Death leaves a terrible void in people's lives who are friends and relatives of the one who has passed.
I am new to this site, I thought it was suppose to be a support group, not tear people down, when they are looking for support. I am so sorry reaksney412 that you were treated so badly!
There is help out there for you unfortunately, it can be along process finding the right doctors and medication.
Please reach out to family or friends for help if they are supportive, if they are not supportive. Then you will have to reach out to a therapist, to help you find the support and help that you need.
Don't give up sometimes it takes a few therapist before you feel comfortable with and learn to trust. Don't feel bad if you go to a therapist and you don't think their is a connection, try another.
Take care and God Bless
For now, try staying safe just for today. Maybe try calling the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-784-2433 or text the Crisis Text Line at 741741. You matter and how you feel is important. You're worthy of support and everyone deserves someone in their corner sometimes.
You got this.
