Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
If you want to go to school, online colleges are really in right now and I hear there are a lot of great programs but if things were simpler before school, who says you have to go back?
we both know that cutting is deceitful. you tell yourself it's helping but really it just breaks you down. and I think you know that is not the road to go back down.
keep your head up & take care.
It sounds like you are overwhelmed with chores and responsibilities. It must be very difficult to be in your shoes, you sound like the superwoman!
I think you need to take a step back. Write down all the things that you do all day - picking up kids, getting them ready, laundry, your studying etc etc. Once you have done that, think what help you need, in exact terms. Could you get some help with getting the kids ready for school? Could you get some help with cleaning? Then think of all the resources available to you - your husband, your neighbours, your friends, your mum etc. Have a discussion with your husband. Ask for help with specific things that could help you feel more in control. Ask everyone, they will help. hugs
