I'm sorry I need to vent! I am being treated for depression and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I just feel so lost. My daughter and son-in-law moved in with me after my husband passed 3 years ago. With them here they maxed my credit cards, then just before Christmas he takes off with another woman. I am left with all the bills and my income is SS. I blow up at my daughter almost every other day to get a job to help me. She swears she is trying but says no one is hiring. I know jobs are few and far between but I can't take in any longeer. This is putting a very big wall between us. Creditors call all the time, I may lose my home and her and her 2 teenage kids sit around all the time and don't bother doing anything till I yell. I am a nervous wreck, all I want to do is cry all the time and this cold weather doesn't help with my RA and it is a little hard to get out. Sorry this may not be the place for this but I just had to to vent I don't know what else to do..

You don't have to be sorry Sherry, vent all you need to! It sounds like you're in a very difficult situation and are under alot of stress. With the creditors you can request that they only contact you by mail, that way at least they won't be calling all the time. If you google it there are lots of generic letters that you just fill in the info and send to the creditor.

goodness, i really feel for you!
I would get your daughter to contact him, and demand the money he has helped rack up! you are within your rights to go to the police, because it is classed as stealing! your daughter is as much right to blame as well, she should no better as to treat her mother this way.

I'm so sorry this is happening to you. Your daughter def should phone the police and should also be helping around the house as should her children. Jobs are very hard to get atm but she can help out in other ways and definitely should.

I really hope everything gets better for you soon x
