Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Have you given any more thought to getting a counselor? You have been through so much and sometimes we need someone who is not a member of our family or a friend to talk to about our pain.
and you have been having thoughts of dying for a few days here now. please call a hot line and talk with someone if you won't seek counseling.
I hope you will start to care for yourself and be kinder and gentler with yourself.
maybe before you speak with someone, write out what you are gonna say and have it with you so if you start crying and you can't make yourself understood you can hand them what you wrote so that they can understand better. just a thought.
triple hugs
I'm sorry you're feeling so poorly. If you can't talk about your feelings, perhaps you could write them for your eyes only. I'll be thinking about you. God bless.
Even if you have trouble talking to a Therapist writing a letter is perfectly acceptable until you become comfortable.
You don't always have to voice your feelings, many, many people have that same problem of getting them our the right way.
As for helping yourself with all the emotions in your head, writing in a Journal everyday can be very healing and cathartic. Your mind is like a large trunk where you store all the things that you come in contact with throughout the day. So unless you get all the bad stuff out, it just adds up and adds up and adds up, and then we begin to be overloaded causing sadness, stress, anxiety, etc. Writing all of your "bad" down in a Journal each day can help keep your Trunk clean.
Take care,
kat
