Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I don't know how to stop feeling this way. I don't like how anything in my life is going. I don't see it getting better. I only see me killing myself. I'm so over feeling this way. I was hoping that my recent trip to the emergency room would change things, but it didn't. In fact, it only made it worse, because i went becuase a friend called the police on me. Now that friend wants time to think about hte position that i put him in. So the only person who ever helped me, who has helped me get this far, doesnt want to talk right now. I feel alone, lost, and confused. I can't take it any longer. I am so done with this messed up world. Im sitting in puddles of tears and blood from cutting my leg right now... I don't know who else can help.

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....
