I cried all night. My heart and spirit hurt so badly.I can barely move. Yet I pulled myself out of bed got ready and made it to work. I.m here. If I can just get through the day and make it home and get back to my isolation, I guess that will be a win. This is so harrd on my own, but i'm here.

Thanks Bill. I'm new to this and just putting my pain out there in selfish hope it will somehow help to ease it. I've lost my entire immediate family iver the past few years, plus a guy i loved dearly found another. It's all just a lot of crap right now to wade through

Sounds like you have depression. Go see a doctor. They can give you some med to ease your suffering.

I can relate to what you are describing, that horrible time in the morning when you feel so awful and are so wiped out and alone feeling but you drag yourself out of bed and get yourself to work. That is a win. And I think it helps to keep going to work and keep going through the daily grind even when you feel so awful. this is a good place to talk and share your feelings. I don't think it's selfish. You are worth it. Hope to hear from you again.
