My boyfriend of 7 months broke up with me and he was all I have and now I don't have any one and I want to end my life

You still have yourself! That's someone! Pain passes, you can survive this. Please don't be a quitter.

It hurts so bad and I want him back I can’t do this

7 months. Think about that. 7 months is such a small amount of time. You have your whole life ahead of you and others will come along. Obviously he wasn't the one the sweety if he walked away. Don't let one failure make you give up on a future with potential happiness. Young love is just that. Immature and without experience. Use this as a lesson and learn from it and make your next relationship amazing!

But it’s my fault he’s gone and I hate myself and I’ve already harmed myself and I wish I didn’t do it but I can’t go back

Sometimes relationships don't last, it doesn't make it your fault! There are couples who have been together 30 years and it doesn't last, not because it's anyone's fault but because it was not meant to be. I'm sure it doesn't feel like it right now, but you can get through this. There are so many people out there for you, better suited for you and willing to love you tremendously. Just remember you gotta love yourself too.

It doesn't matter who's to blame. You can't go hating yourself. If it was meant to be it will be but if he is gone you have to find the strength to move on too. Mherr put it best. Sometimes even the longest relationships end. Outs a part of life but you had the experience and you will have it again with another

I'm so, so sorry you have had to go through this experience. You are special and deserve to have someone special in your life. It doesn't matter who's fault it is for a breakup, the fact still remains that your boyfriend didn't value you enough to put up a fight. Please don't harm yourself. That kind of pain doesn't help the relationship pain and as you've already figured out you wish you didn't do it. We are all here for you to support and encourage you to stay strong. If you need more than we can give please be sure to look under the "crisis" tab on this site. There are some wonderful resources and places that you can reach out to for help. Sometimes the best thing we learn from experiences like this is how to take care of ourselves. When we honor and love ourselves we are better able to not only honor and love others but they will see how important we are and will give the same honor and love back. As they say on the airplanes safety instructions, "be sure to put your own oxygen mask on before helping others." Try not to get so wrapped up in your boyfriends for your image, hold strong in your own image after all, we are all created in God's image! That's a powerful thought to remember. Stay strong and let us know how you are doing. We are here for you!
