Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

There are a lot of things I wish I had accomplished by now. But one thing I can say is I like being me. Part of it is actually liking myself. Part of it is just acceptance.
I used to look at people and wonder if I should have their life. Now I look at people and go "hmm, that's interesting" and then go back to my own life (haha.)
When I was a kid, I hated myself. One thing I always wanted was just to like being me. So I'm really thankful for that. I think a lot of people reach 30 and 40 and 50 and don't get to that point. There are things I'm trying to improve, but improving is kind of fun. I might just do something I'm proud of--haha.
