That's not true. You are still YOU! And a beautiful you.
Make a little list, pros and con's, what you like and dislike about feelings and situations in your life, it doesn't have to be long; of how you're feeling lately---add to it as you need to...and watch how expressing what you feel makes the positive side stay open and un-crossed-off! And you will notice the negqtive side going scritchy-scratchy, bye-bye!
The real you is still there, I guarantee it!!!!
I'm here anytime you would like to have someone to talk to!
I wish I could stop the pain, then I'd follow my own advice.
I have found a few things that make the pain a bit less. The biggest one is to do something, anything. I have a bad habbit of just sitting and thinking about things and how bad they are and that just makes it worse. I try really hard to get up and do something all the time. Even cleaning the house. Normally, the idea of doing something doesn't appeal to me, so in the past I haven't. Now, I go ahead and do it anyway and it helps a bit.
I'm new to this site, but I'm hoping that it will help as well.
are you on meds? please see a psychiatrist I have bad days but the meds and therapy help, may the new year bring you the happiness you deserve.
