I want to numb every feeling except love for my mom and daughter. I'm tired of sadness and pain, I'm tired of caring when no one cares about me. Happiness is obviously never going to happen. I don't want to feel love for anyone but my mom and child because loving anyone else just leads to pain. I just want to do what I have to do without feeling anything, but love the only family I have left. I don't want to care about anything else. Oh, my furbabies too. But they're family. I'm exhausted and don't want to deal with anything anymore.

I'm sorry you're going through such a tough time, but glad to hear that you have some love to hang on to. Focus on those beautiful souls your mum, daughter and the furbabies. Don't worry about anyone else right now. It's time to take care of you. Hold on to that and the hope that things can get better. Because they will. Big hugs!

Avoiding other people and love just means living a lonely life which depresses hell out of me! Good luck but shutting out others will hurt like hell!

Sounds like you have been hurt and are feeling distrustful. Many of us have been there. It doesn't last forever. Sometimes therapy can he helpful if you feel like you want to work through the trust issues. Or you can work on healing in your own way at your own pace. Either way you will get where you are going.

I am just woundering ..if some of these people you don't want to be around or love are toxic ..to you ..in any way ....if so sometimes we need to get toxic people out of our lives as much as posible ..or at least untill we can be comfortable ....take it one day at a time ...concentrate on the two ..you love and realy want in your life ......later ..on ..when you are doing much better ..you can bring someone elese in ........and see how it goes ..take very good care of your self ...God bless I will keep you in my prayers ....
