I'm so tired of keeping it together. I don't want to fight. I don't want to be strong. I wish I had someone to lean on in during these times. but I don't. I mean I have my friends but I have to stay healthy in their eyes. I can't have them taking care of me or worrying about me anymore. I feel stuck. I just want someone to hold me and make everything better. I shouldn't have to yell at my mom to be the parent. My grandpa shouldn't be in the hospital. I don't want to deal with the real world anymore. I just want to curl up in bed and sleep forever.

Why do you have to "stay healthy" in your friends eyes? The whole purpose of friendship is to be there for eachother when you need help. Talk to them, let them help you. And remember, we're here too, you can tell us your problems and we can try to help. Believe me there's tons of people here who know how you feel and what your going through, and we get through it together, like friends do. I know it's hard, but anything worth doing is hard. Be strong, fight every day. Because if you don't, if you just give up you'll be in a worse place than you are now. I can tell your not happy about where you are, but if you sink further you'll feel even worse. Keep fighting! You can do it! I believe in you!

Thanks guys. I don't really know exactly what is wrong with me. I feel so lonely. I see my friends all the time and I have a lot of friends but its not enough. I guess I miss having a boyfriend but I know thats not going to happen again anytime soon. No one wants me. I'm so worried about my grandpa but I can't seem to let myself think about it. I just try to push any thoughts about him out of my head or I just break down. Now my best friends uncle is in the hospital too because they discovered him unconscious. I don't know what's wrong with him yet. I'm so worried about her family. I want to fall apart but I'm scared if I do then I won't be able to climb back out of that hole. I just have to stay together or else I will become a huge mess and I won't be able to function.

It's alot better to share and express your feelings now, in a healthy way, rather than keeping them bottled up inside. It will affect you later if you don't let them out. We are all here for you and if I had to guess, I'd say some of your friends know or suspect you're in pain. Let them be there for you.

Sometimes falling apart is the begining to recovery.
