I feel like all my troubles are all in my head

Doing really well at my job. I got promoted to full time a couple months ago and now i'm a team lead and everyone at work is mad. They feel like everything is being handed to me or i asked our supervisor for all of this or something. i see and feel people talking about me and i just want to go fucking savage and become a big bitch. on the other hand i feel like im making it all up like i'm thinking too much about it and i'm already labeled the dramamaker at work for stuff that i didnt do. I'm just really tired and i'm really tired of people taking my kindness as a weakness or a reason for them to treat like crap or like i'm invisible or like i dont matter...

So, help me understand, because I'm a little confused. Were you not deserving of the promotion you got? Are you not qualified, not educated, don't have the experience to handle the new position? If the answer to all of those is no, I'm deserving, I have the education and experience, then why are people giving you a hard time? Have you been lacking of humility and rubbing your promotion in people's faces? There generally has to be a reason why people would be angry at you and mean because you got a promotion. I mean hell, its not really any of their business and I'd tell them all to go jump! If you deserved your promotion and you're doing the job and all is good with you and your boss, then ignore those idiots and just continue the good work.

You're never going to be able to please everyone....its not possible....and people have no business getting in your business. Its not your job to make sure your co-workers are happy with you or like you. lol Hell if I had to make all my employees happy or make them like me, I'd have had to fire myself several times over the years!

You said that you were doing really well at your job, therefore, your supervisor promoted you to a full time position. As long as you are doing what is expected of you, your business is only between you and your supervisor. As hard as it may be, try to ignore those who are treating this way and just keep doing a good job.
