Sadly I can't quit my job till after July :( but right now it feels like it's going to be a miracle if I even make it alive till July . I don't see the point to increasing therapy because ii don't get any better from going . Pretty much I'm a lost cause :(
I have a big insulated mug that goes with me everywhere. People tease me about it sometimes, but who cares. All I worry about is cleaning the mug regularly and changing the straw out every few days. To heck with what anybody else thinks. Even if I spill it, I just apologize, help sweep up the ice, mop up the water, refill it, and keep going. Meds are tough enough on the stomach, the body, and the brain without adding dehydration to the mix.
