I think most people have some kind of suffering. We have to work hard and spend money to feel better.

I know the feeling. Tomorrow is a new day. Don't do or say anything to anyone out of haste. Just get some rest, say a prayer, and try to relax for the night and do whatever of this you haven't done to help yourself: See a doctor for some medication to help clinical depression. A doctor will diagnose you first and then try you on some medicine. It will help you to talk to someone like a counselor who deals with depression, or a clergy person or a close friend or relative. You don't need to go it alone. Allow yourself some healing time. Perhaps get a outlet through a hobby, a good movie, music that you like, or take a drive in the country. I wish you peace and safety. The peace you seek is not in death but in your own joy. I am sure you have experienced happiness or joy at least once in your life. Try to remember what you were doing or what the source of that was, and try to build a life for yourself where you can have those joys around you. do not look at the lives of others because they are irrelevant. The one that is important right now is YOU!
