Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

So for a month now I've been hanging out with an ex of mine who became my best friend and we've been slowly working on being together. He has always been there for me, supported me and shown he's always there but somethings is wrong. I like being with him, going on adventures and talking about whats bothering me. But lately its felt like something is missing, like i'm not in love with him like I used to be and I dont know how to tell him. This past weekend I saw a complete stranger and felt like I needed to talk to him, learn more about him and it upset me really badly. Why am I feeling like this? Why am I not happy enough with someone who is willing to take the time to learn about my phobias and depression? My ex and I have both agreed to just date for this summer and once I fly back home go back to being just friends then see where it goes from there. I still feel so sad and depressed.

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmon

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

Take your time to discern what is really going on between you with this friendship. Have those long conversations, be open and see where it leads.
Good luck. I will be praying for you!
