of being sick and tired...

I really am...I've been dealing with this for the last YEAR...and I am sick of it....

I am sick of not caring about anything or anyone...I just don't care

I don't care about myself, much less anything else...

and yet I am so tired cause I can't do anything...

I am sick and tired of being sick and not caring!!!....

I'm going through the same, wondering where exactly I lost myself. I'm trying not to worry that I don't care. Maybe tomorrow I will. I just hug my dog and focus on the smallest things to 'walk through' (crawl through) the misery. When I say small things, I mean it. In bed, I might move my foot over to a cool spot on the sheets and just note how good it feels. I look at the snowflakes coming down and note how pretty they are. Not much; but it's something. I try to feel something. Anything. I keep trying. We've got to. I send you a little bit of hope that you'll feel better. If not now; later. If not tonight; tomorrow. Be good to yourself.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
