I almost did it. I sat there staring at the things I was going to use to kill myself for 45 minutes. I just put everything away. I'm so mad at myself I didn't go through with it. I was too scared. I don't want to live anymore. I'm so.....blank.

Allie - can you talk about what is causing you to feel like killing yourself? Can you call someone to be with you or take you to the hospital? Please get some help. You CAN get through this.

Get rid of the things you were going to use to kill yourself. If you can haul your ass in front of the computer, then you can do that for me...do it now, Allie. Don't be mad at yourself, be greatful that you had the courage to step up and say something...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
