I had a incredible low last week.
I felt that terrible that i cut myself. It has been over a year and a half or so since the last time i did this.
The problem now is i feel i dont have anyone to talk to. I have some amazing people around me as well but none that i really feel that close to to tell them of this. I do have a amazing partner, but she suffers from depression and i feel as though i would add to her worries if i tell her what i have done. At the same time i feel she must know but i dont know how or where to start.
I feel fine now. so dont feel the need to make a big fuss about what i have done. its not like they are deep cuts or that it is something that i do regularly either. Just sometimes things build up so much that i just need a release.
