Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I hope you can find something that helps you cope.

You also have to keep dreaming, thinking about what you will do when you have a better day...which you will. if you can dream it, you can live it. Maybe not so much today, but let your dreams inspire you to keep working at getting better.
For today, just roll with the punches. If you don't HAVE to do much, don't. Do whatever you are able to, and let the rest of the stuff go. There will be a time when you are able to do it, just not today.
So be it.
Take care~BB
It is usually precipitated by many events out of my control.
I feel the same way...Like how on earth will I get out of bed tomorrow and go to work?
I have planned Easter dinner at my house...how will I ever get through this?
My work environment is so stressful, will I live through it?
I am having marital and family problems, I can't take these right now.
Usually it takes me a lot of time to get out of these things, and I have to use all of my supports to do so.
Laying low, in the beginning always helps.
Doing less than more helps too.
Acceptance helps.
The worst is trying to stop the crying when I am among people.
My hugs to you. I understand
What keeps me going is my wonderfull support system and the knowledge that I WILL live to see another happy day. It'hard to see it sometimes, but you have seen good times, too. If we work hard and really try, the sun will come out again for us.
*hugs*
BUT i get up and do what I have to because I HAVE TO DO IT!
Hugs.
