Hey guys.... What a rough day... I feel like I'm torn between everybody that needs me and yet not exactly feeling wanted by any... Between two kids and a business and my husband there's days (like today) where I literally run myself into the ground trying to do the best for everyone else but nothing seems quite good enough and so then I am left wondering why I even bother....
Inner-Chaos
You and the things that you do are good enough. Don't spread yourself too thin. Maybe you just need one day or even just an hour or two to yourself to just be you, breathe and relax? Go out for a nice long slow paced walk and enjoy an amazing view? Breathe in some fresh air and recharge yourself a bit.

Thank u... I hate being by myself.... I think too much... The only alone thing I love to do is go for a run, but to be honest I've had no energy to even do that :(

I don't blame you. I hate being alone too due to thinking too much. That's what I meant by just taking a slow paced walk and such. We seem to forget to just appreciate the small things in life when we're feeling down or stressed, even though it's those small things that are the most important really.

Have you tried telling people, especially when they ask you to do something, how thin you are spread at the moment and then ask them to work with you? Don't be afraid to tell them (especially if you do not work for the person asking the favor) that you are very busy, and they need to take care of things themselves!

Enjoy thinking (obsessing) too much. The obsessive thinking just needs to be channeled into something outside of yourself that is productive or artistic that will do you some therapeutic good.

Been there oh so many days. Maybe it's just another day as a woman. You have to make sure you're not trying to be 'superwoman'. Pray and ask God where he wants you to put your efforts today. Stay in His will. I've found that I sometimes try to do more than is necessary. Also, be sure to take care of yourself and don't run yourself ragged. You can't be good for others, if you yourself are not good. Share your feelings with your husband, give him a chance to make a change. He can't help if he doesn't know there's something bothering you. Hang in there! Hugs.
