Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I have thoughts like that too. I always feel like I have some ailment or disease. I am praying therapy will help me with that.
It will get better for both of us. You are not alone!
Sending hugs your way.
You may also need a change in medication. Sometimes they just quit working.
Be gentle with yourself and start taking care of yourself again. This may help to eliminate your headaches, weight loss and fatigue.
I don't know the answers yet I do care. I hope you feel better soon.
It's a tough boat to row if we dwell on the past or worry about the future for too long. Right now is life. Live it. Wishing you some strength and peace to deal with how you are feeling right now. And, yes, be sure to keep in contact with your dr and be truthful about how you are feeling. Depression can be a mind bender for sure and if your meds aren't working, be sure to speak up. Take care and the best of luck to you.
I can definitely relate on how ur feeling and I know its so easy for me to tell u this but U gotta hang on and hang in there boo. U can not let this thing beat u! Try saying the serenity prayer: God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Stay positive, laugh, and try to do things to keep ur mind off of it. BIG HUGS!!!!!!! Also let some know who u can talk to over the phone or see in person.
