hey guys,
other than writing and YELLING here on DS, how do vent or express your feeling out in the real world?
the other night, i was driving home, and some jerk cut me off like i wasn't even there...he turned onto my street...so i flashed my brights at him, ran up on him like i was going to hit him, and just continued to antagonize him as he drove erradictly until he finally turned off my street....well my boyfriend, thought it was a waste of energy, and endangering to him and to us...because "anything could have happened"...
anyway, we were talking last night, and i told him that even though i know he didn't like it, and he thought it was stupid on my part, to me IT FELT GOOD...because thats how i used to express myself...when i was in control of my life...I FELT EMPOWERED, I FELT RELIEVED, for about fifteen minutes, I FELT REALLY GOOD!!!!
over the last five years, things have happened to me...and i've had to keep all my feelings bottled down deep inside of me...sometimes i feel like SCREAMING at the top of my lungs...i want to RUN, DRIVE, just let it all out...but i can't....i have no way to express my feelings...
i have no way to let go of the pain, the anger, the hurt, not even the love i have inside...its all bottled up inside of me and its settles into my neck, shoulder and back muscles and it just sits there....
so what happens, well i get into discussion, an argument or just a simple conversation about something that i feel passionate about, and what do i do? i start to cry....i guess its just an uncontrollable response to ALL of my emotions....AND I HATE IT...
a long time ago, when i was in control of my life and myself, the only time i would cry was when i was angry, i mean really angry, so i would only cry about once or twice a year...but i didn't cry cause didn't have any money, or because of any stupid thing like emotions...but NOW, i cry at the drop of a hat...
i had a freaking discussion with my teenage son this morning concerning his school work and chores, and by the time it was over and i got into the car to take him to school, i had to sit there for about 5 minutes just to calm down and stop crying...that is so f-ing annoying!!!!...and i feel like such a wuss for crying for no reason at all...
so anyway, i don't know how to get rid of all these feelings...so what do you all do...
how do you SCREAM, how do you release all those different emotions that are bottled up inside of you...?
thanks guys...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
Mostly now, unless I write it out in a journal I just cry. That is the only way I know how to release my anger anymore.
i just need to figure out what to do with all these emotions...i guess i'll just write...and write...and write....not here of course...but somewhere...like my 'diary' or my journal...
i used to do that back when i was in control of everything...
anyway, thanks for your support and responses...love y'all

talk with friends.
Yelling, anger, etc. reminds me of how my father used to scare me, so I avoid it.
The only thing I can think of is writing and I still struggle there.
Ever since I started taking my meds, I cannot seem to cry. Now when I have PMS...OH FORGET ABOUT IT...I cry because the sun is shining or not shining...LOL
Seriously though...I used to walk when I needed to vent, but with the weather being so cold I cannot do that any longer.
I am blessed to have a best friend that I call or talk to at least 3-4 times a day...she is my therapist...ha ha She has been with me through the last year and has been my rock.
I am so sorry you are going through this darlin I truly am!
