Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I'm not sure what decides it for me... events through the day, I guess.
If I am up (morning wood) when I wake up, it's gonna be a good day. If not, the day is shot to hell and I might better stay put.
Most of my days are rough. Not to sound negative, they just are for me. So, I think the way I know it will be a good one is if I actually got rest, and my body is feeling good from it.
Am I going with the flow or fighting the windiness? (gassiness)
Do I get to work without getting behind some dumbass on the highway,
many different things
-------------------------
my days are pretty consistently positive lately......first thing i feel on any day is anxiety, but it burns off by the time I get through the first hour or so...
for me it depends on the night before. if i am able to fall asleep with an untroubled mind...its going to be a good day.
also, if i have nighmares...it takes me awhile to shake those feelings...so some mornings im a kinda a train wreck.

Try and take each hour as it comes. I've turned lots of days around by changing what I'm doing.
