Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I'm reading a really good book that is describing healthy relationships....I think I'll be looking for those kinds of people from now on. Red flags won't be ignored anymore....:/ That's about it....

Almost....
I"m caught up on my housework.
I got sleep today.
I saw my puppy.
A sweet little girl is home from the hospital.
I have overtime for the next 3 weeks.
I'm a little more confident in my work.
I helped two people that I would normally avoid just by listening
I began to understand why they create so much drama for themselves (distracting, purging, medicating etc.)
I met someone who is doing healing work like I do, and understands that.
I made a friend. :)
He made a friend :)
There are no tornadoes here for at least 10 days.
I get paid and ahead on my bills tomorrow.
Even though I feel depressed, I know that my actions can still take care of me like I should.
I saw my puppy face today. She's well.
My hot chocolate is soothing.
Despite being off the diet & exercise wagon, I lost 2 pounds :D
I'm a bad mamajama.
Aaaaand, I have all the necessities including CENTRAL A/C. YES!!!! praise jesus.
Oh I was able to get supplies for my client
I am going to try to relax as best I can this weekend.

how am I today? I'm feeling dull, like I've accomplished very little. on the other hand a little philosophical.
its a tough life I live cause I make it. this way. the depression is out of my control. what I have to show is eleven years old and handsomely sweet. then there's the beautiful flowers I got growing that always cheer me up just watching and waiting for them to blossom so beautifully, life.
