What medications are you taking? Is it helping you? I am taking Lexapro, Abilify, and Clonzapam. All of them combines are helping me for my anxiety and depression. If I just take Lexapro, it doesn\'t help as much with my depression.

I\'m taking prozac and vitamins. The medication is helping. It doesn\'t take it all away but it helps me cope a bit better and smile a little easier.

Hi Mona -

I am taking Klonopin for anxiety & Paxil is my main anti-d in addition to Remeron - an anti-d with a sleep sedative component at night - I also add Melatonin (over the counter) so I can get a decent night\'s sleep & YES, they all help especially the Klonopin (Clonzapam).

I recently added abilify to my prozac..............wow, wish they had given me this years ago. No, it doesn\'t do all the work for you, you still have daily maintenance to do, but what a change.
