Hi,
I've been doing mostly ok over the past year. I have been hospitalized before for depression. Lately I do not feel so well. The one thing that has worked for me is antipsychotics for sleep. I was dx w/depression. But, if I'm being totally honest, I feel f***** paranoid a lot of the time. I feel really fearful and think of ridiculous things. I can't even keep track of what they are, but I know they are irrational and paranoid thoughts.
Two years ago, when I checked myself into a hospital, I felt so strange, like some of the individuals/animals in the pics in the house were watching me. I knew I had to be really sick, because this simply cannot be true. So I went into a hospital. After I started sleeping normally and took the meds, this went away.
I am perplexed. I don't know if it's that living alone is getting to me and my reality gets distorted, but I feel distorted in that I think I am not thinking rationally. My fear gets to be very big and looming and affects me physically. I don't have energy to do a lot of tasks.
This happens every summer, without fail. Every summer, for years, my mood changes radically and for the worse. I live in a desert and am so overwhelmingly hot that this is akin to a winter in that I must avoid the sun and stay inside. One thing that has helped is that my new car has proper air conditioning so that I am able to actually leave the house. But it is nearly immobilizing and is so frightening.
Sometimes I wonder that if the reason that I might have trouble socially is not that I don't have the skills, but if when ppl. get talking to me they realize how far out of the box I am. Maybe I don't even realize it. I give vent to my thoughts and maybe they realize-hey that's not right. It's just a thought. I am out of the box by nature, but am a little afraid I could be too far to be just creative.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
You probably judge yourself a lot more harshly than others do. I'm sure you:re not too far "out of the box". If you are thats not neccessrily bad thing.
..Those anti-psychs were a horror for me actually....The years I was on them the sickness that overran me was unimaginable...Like a zombification and massive anxiety x 10....I was clueless to where I was or what I was actually doing...
...I have been diagnosed either depression, anxiety, bi-polar, or ptsd...
...I think I got a bit of all according to this place...
...I also got stuck in the desert; literally...!!!..And figuratively...Thinking outside the box here is not accepted so it is best to keep seeing some things to oneself...Thinking outside the box and to a deeper level here is restricted so; it may be best to blend in...
...I have had deemed brain issues since my youth and they have never left yet....
...Best and only meds I can take are klonopin to chill me down...
...Sometimes I like thinking outside the box and other times my mind can just go so far out there it is pretty wild on conspiracy theories...I got Mel Gibson beat by x100....I even have conspiracy for conspiracies and conspiracies on top of that...So where did the last conspiracy even start with????..
...Peace if you can!!!!!
