I awake up with anxiety and pain from an ex that quickly rebounded to a great woman. I relapsed to be with my verbally abusing ex husband to help me with our kids. Being with others help to stop my anxiety so I think about those times when I can be with someone. Sometimes it is a long time before I am around people and it is hard for me. I can't work a lot due to back pain.
I have anxiety over stigmas in society and how I don't feel like I fit right into society. I feel socially awkward and so I try to accept myself over and over. I was listening to a subliminal for my anxiety too. I thought it was helping, but I have to keep listening to it. Take care.
