Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I plan to learn to knit. I may not be able to make anything but one LARGE blanket (just get started and never stop on one project is what I see me doing.) But, something to do with my hands to help me not eat or smoke to much. Yeah, wish me luck with that.
I hope the church helps me meet people and maybe a friendship or two. Can't do that sitting at home. I have todo something. Take that first step.

You are so loved. Don't give up.
I've needed that all my life. Without that nothing else matters
