HAPPY MOM'S DAY, everyone!!!! We done did good!

I go to sleep in, be woken up with a two part hand drawn card and flowers, and my hubby and boys are inthe kitchen right now makin' me a brie and tomato omlette w/ bacon and home fries! We'll have a picnic with my mom and bro later at our neighborhood park.

You ALL made me smile today with your quirky comments - LOVE IT! One of my daughters and her 3 lovies are coming this afternoon. Already had a call from another daughter but wasn't home, was at the cemetery vising my mother and mother-in-law. The other daughter could care less (and she's my biological one)! Oh well. It's a beautiful day and I'm going to enjoy it. Thanks for making me laugh, especially Jill with her hilarious comments! Happy Mommy's Day to you all!

Omg...I sooo remember those horrible Mothers Day breakfasts. I cherish the memories of my breakfasts in bed, but I sure don't miss the heartburn! lol

I remember the year when my kids made me an omelette..by themselves. I think they were 6 and 8 at the time. In omelette contained, pepperoni slices, cucumber, pickles and tomato slices. My son wanted it to be crunchy, so he added croutons. LOL Oh yes, and because it didn't brown like he expected? A few added dashes of soya sauce for colour. Can you say yummy? Ughhh...I can still feel the burnin' in my tummy......

Nooooooo kate!!! You'll get heartburn! LOLOL

I hope you guys have all had a great Mother's Day. My husband and I had a quick escape and now we're back to have dinner with our moms and all the kids. I missed everybody here so much. I hope you all had a great weekend. It's good to be home.

Hi y'all - Glad to hear everyone had a good Mother's Day. My kids got me a beautiful hanging outdoor plant and homemade cards :) It was nice - they were in bed when I got home :( Went and checked on them and gave them kisses in their sleep.

They're so angelic when they sleep :)

The ex actually was good - to my surprise! He made me some coffee - was cordial - did a little small talk and then he left. Honestly, I was cringing coming home - didn't know what to expect. But all was calm - thank God. Didn't want to have to deal with anything after working all day. And how was your day Miss Nancy?

I've never been in a line-up myself. I guess I've never looked like anyone who committed a crime...I would probabvly hate line-ups too if I look criminal-like.
