My father is gone and my children couldn't be bothered. Im in the middle of medical tests and they are predicting surgery, is it true one can will themselves to death during an operation?

I would think that if it is regular surgery where you are knocked out it is impossible to will anything.

I am sorry your kids are not supportive of you.

I am where you are too...my daughters want zip to do with me and now the only person I could count on to be by my side is gone. He passed on March 3 at 9:10 PM after battling cancer and he won that fight or so it seemed ..even his cardiac arrest...COPD got him at the end though at only 63 years old

i am in the same boat blackhawk...i have 3 children..i who is estranged for about 4 years now and the other 2 are living here with me......not a singe word from any of them..no card no acknowledgement of it...no nothing........it gets worse but that is another story......i feel useless and have tried to will myself to die more times than i can count....so i right there with you...they say there is power with more pulling for you....this makes 2 of us at least....

I am sorry for pathetic children that do not appreciate their fathers....my dad died in 2009 and I am not a dad that I know of....pretty much 100% on that as following things up would have happened by now if I was...LOL they would have sought child support...LOL

anyway our father who art in heaven hollowed be thy name
that is a father everyone still has and I hope everyone enjoys having him....hugs I know I do!
