Lately I have been feeling really great. I feel guilty that I am feeling so good because I come here and see how some of you guys are struggling. But I believe that coming here and being able to talk to everyone is what has helped me so much. I hope that by coming here and writing to people that I may be able to give them some peace of mind as well.

Absolutely nothing to feel guilty about! Be proud of your progress and continue to take the necessary steps to further your recovery. It's an amazing thing to be able to give and receive support :)

Whenever I feel “too good”, I get super tense just waiting for the next catastrophe. The thing is, there may not be a next catastrophe. If you are enjoying where you are, that’s what life is supposed to be like. I hope you continue to feel great!

Even after repeated failures, you go behind ways to achieve something, know that motivation is in your blood. You won't give up until you achieve something you desire for. If you are stimulated towards achieving goals in life regardless of any hardships, and something that does not get off your attention, be happy about it. It is the sign that success is waiting for you. Passions which are followed with motivation do not go in vain the fruit of success will always bear. Don't feel guilty at all coming on here when you're feeling great. I had a good stretch of feeling really good and would come on here. I would tell my story of how low I had been and what I came back from and it helped others realize there can be hope after being in a whole so deep and dark I never thought I would come out of. (was that a run on sentence????) It's refreshing hearing success stories!

Who cares about run on sentences! lol no grammer nazis here. I think part of my feeling so great has been because I have been coming here. Listening to people. Being able to help. I also think coming here and just writing in general has helped to keep my mind focused and positive.

Writing does help keep the mind focused and helps get feelings out. Do you journal at all? I used to on a regular basis but now only sporadically.

You should be proud of how you're feeling! I'm really happy you're doing well but I understand that you feel guilty and it's ok to feel that way! I can relate a lot to everything you're saying though! Helping people never fails to put a smile on my face so I think that you should keep up what you're doing!

I have started journaling a lot. I do believe that it helps a lot. Coming here and writing here has helped so much. I truly feel that this is the reason that I am doing so well.

It's National Doughnut Day!Which three would you like? (never mind the calories, fat, or sugar content; just go with what you would pick if none of that mattered and whatever health issues you might have that would keep you from eating one in real life can be cast aside for this exercise as well... have at it!)
