I give up. I have struggled with addiction. No soution. No help. My wife hates me. A good portion of my colleagues. I cant do this anymore. I want to thank you for all your help.


I feel relieved. I have taken the decision to end it. Its the right decision. I feel a lot better

I understand that feeling of relief you have. I'm there. I get it. But the faces of my family come to my mind. Is it relief for them that their mother chose to off herself? What am I demonstrating to them? Is it always all or nothing? Please think rationally. We're not being rational when we are in the throes of our depression.

Depression is painful and sometimes we want a way out.
But give it a day or two. Do you have a counselor or someone
that you can talk to? Before you through your life away, think
about calling one of the crisis lines listed on this site.

Thank you all. It was drink fuelled. I got to get a handle on booze or I have to do AA. Oct is decision time.
I havent given up totally idea of ending my life.

    After work, I am taking a defensive driver course today.  It is online and only cost $10 and it may save me as much as $300 on my car insurance.  I got the information from my car insurance company.  Little known fact about me is that I drive with two feet.
