Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I don't know what else to do

Thank you for sharing. It takes great courage to ask for help. Thank you for being courageous. Talking to a Counselor can help you understand more about Depression and what is going on. They can even refer to a Doctor and medication if needed. Depression lies to us. It tells us that we shouldn't be happy and don't deserve friends. Those lies take away our motivation in doing well in things, like school. Depression creates fatigue. It also brings along shame and self-hate. Just know that those lies aren't you. We live with a cloud over head, but that cloud isn't us. I hope this was of any help. I am a Christian, so you are in my prayers. Thank you.

It is not easy to find good friends. It is not easy to find happiness. You need more knowleges and luck. Find a mentor. Keep making friends. Keep learning about life.
