I am a freight broker and work for my son.. Last week on Friday we gave a freight company some freight to go to Gaffney SC.. $200,000 worth of Steve Madden shoes.

Come to find out, the dispatcher of the company was not with this company and was also the driver of the freight.. He sent us all the info on his company but did not work for them.. He stole the whole shit and caboodle probably to sell on E-bay.. The insurance company for the real freight company said he also stole a truck full of almonds.

Damn it.. Now our customer will probably drop us and I will be laid off and so will my youngest son... Sorry for the rant.. I am just pissed off..
Please send some positive thoughts my way.. I can afford to be off right now.. Thanks...

This truly sucks out loud. I am so sorry. Fucking thieving bastard. What has happened to our world? I hope karma bites him in his ass, and very soon. Hope you'll draft a letter of explanation to your customers. It surely wasn't your fault that this D-bag misrepresented himself, and robbed you blind.
Karma does work though, and here is a glowing example:
This week, a man in a neighboring town was killed by a school bus. He was run over while riding his bike, and he was at fault for riding on the wrong side of the road. He was also a level 3 sex offender. Ironic, eh? Karma's a bitch, and your thief will get his. Those shoes WILL come back to kick his ass! :)

yea.. Ryan is going to have to spend the day writing letters to everyone.. The police were involved yesterday and went to the trucking company. They are the ones who discovered that the guy didnt work for that company...

It just is so stressful cause my son is gonna be in a shit mood now and be worried to death that his business is going to fail... just stressing and venting here.. damnit..

It's ok hon...you vent away! I hope your son is ok...of course, he will be pissed, and upset, and it'll be a pain in the ass to write the letters. Hoping that the customers understand. It wasn't his fault, what could he have done? Hopefully the police will be helpful here. Hugs xx

I am so sorry. I think sometimes there are people in the world who actually justify this kind of stealing in their head....like, "oh it's some big company they can afford to lose a little." But they don't realize how many people it will actually affect. I assume you've contacted the police? try not to give up hope yet....you DON'T know the outcome yet. It doesn't sound to me as if you have made any mistakes. I hope it all works out...that they find the truck and prosecute the criminal...or at least that you and your son don't get laid off.

That is it!! I am going out looking for people wearing those shoes and asking where pray tell they got those shoes. People will do anything to keep from actually working anymore won't they? I hope the people buying the hot shoes DO step in dog doo doo. hugs
