I just cant believe it.. Flat tire on my truck on the freeway. Brand new tire.. I set there for a half hour and no one stopped to help. Even the Highway Patrol just passed me up.. In rush hour no less. Brand new tire..Blew it up and left it smoldering on the side of the road.

My son, that I work for is now sitting at my truck waiting for someone to come with a jack. I dont know why there isnt one in my truck. I guess its time for me to learn how to change a tire for hell sakes..

I wont say "What else can happen?" We all know, something will.. I guess Im just looking for hugs.. Major anxiety.. Bought the tires on E-bay. Now Im going to be out $300 or more for a new tire.. Sheesh..

CLUE : NEVER ever buy tires off the internet Buy them from a local dealer or a local outlet of National Dealer BUT NEVER buy them off the internet. You have no way of knowing if they are new or if they have been previously damaged in some way.

WV, I think ill ck in on those off road tires. Im due for new tires before the snow hits. I love off roading during the spring & summer. Thats my destresser. Thanks for the info. :-)

that sucks, i recent ly had something similar happen. and also no one stopped. and my little donut spare turned out to be flat. as i have no friends or anyone to call, i would have been up a tree, except there happened to accidently runb across the wife of a guy that was in my online car club. he came over to help me, just cuz of that, pretty nice of him, i thought.

ya know when those huge rv's get a flat, places charge 1k to come out and fix them up. such rip offs today.

do the tires have some kind of warranty with them?

what size tires are they?

discount tires and tires-easy.com both have good deals on tires.
but i would check into what kind of warranty the tires have first.

Whoa! ' sounds like my tires - BFG's, 35 inch, nice and high "floaters" - giant - $250 a tire at Walmart. That really sux, meand! You KNOW I would have stopped for ya. Hell, I would have wrapped you in a blanket, bought you coffee, and tried to take you to the nearest hotel - um, you know, just to calm your nerves .....
