Well heres my weekend..

I live with my bf and someone came in the house in the last few days and took a tanzanite and diamond ring worth about $1200 and a pair of gold and diamond earrings worth about the same.. To say worth $1200 is what I could get out of them on E=bay... at a store they would be so much more.

Then I went to my house where my son lives to help clean the filthy thing.. I could smell gas horribly.. I called the gas company this morning and they red flagged my gas stove and my gas dryer and turned off the gas. I fucking dont even know who to call about it... fuck fuck fuck...

You sure have had a nasty ass weekend, bearfriend. Did you file a report with police about the missing jewelry? Sometimes, home owners insurance will cover theft of jewelry.

When it comes to the gas, well, I guess you will have to go out for meals for awhile, or maybe to a relative's home. You are more than welcome here, any ol time at all.

Dang, Y....I am SO sorry to hear of the jewelery missing and about the gas leak.

Checking pawn shops is a great idea, but seriously, you should file a police report as well. If you do so, it may help you get those pieces back much easier if they are, indeed, found in a pawn shop.

If all those appliances used natural gas, wouldn't that mean that something is wrong with the line from the street to the house? Why wouldn't that be the gas company's responsibility to fix? I don't get it. If just one appliance didn't work, it would mean that one appliance was at fault. But since three appliances that use gas are involved, doesn't that imply the gas line is faulty? And that's the gas company's responsiblity. Just hang out by and on the phone until you get someone to come out. If you're a renter, ahhhhhh! It's your landlord's problem! Hey, in the whole scheme of life,although this is troublesome right now, it's really only a blip in the continuum of a struggle to stay above the morass of depression,

Had my gas turned off after a "every 5 year safety check" said they smelled gas? I had to re-route an entire like into the the house from the turned off meter into my basement (myself) ALL because the hot water heater line had a little hole in it- I was FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
