I have a husband and 2 beautiful dogs, but everyday something happens that makes me just want to go over the edge. My husbands temper, and how he will explode and take it out on me even when I don't do anything, he will say "exactly, you don't do anything. You just sit on your ass all day and play games" He will say that even when I cleaned the house, not perfect, maybe that's the problem... Today we were having a good day so far; we went fishing, shared some laughes, it was great... until we came home... One of our dogs, a German Shepeard puppy of 5 months old, his pride and joy, cannot be left out of the kennel when we are gone. He destroys everything that is within reach and if it isnt then this dog will climb to make it within reach... My husband keeps letting him out because he feels wwaaaayyyy to guilty to trap this dog in his extra large kennel for a few hours and i come home to everything f***ing tourn to shreds!!! Another set of window blinds trashed!!! this is not an owned house, we are renting, I AM TIRED OF HIM DOING THIS!!!! The last time he destroyed my ipad!!! the one with some of my school books on it!!! When i brought it up to him my husband flipped shit and yelled at me saying "Fine! ill keep him in this tiny crate forever! ill never let him out! You know what!! how about i get rid of him!! that would make you happy right!?".... sometimes i wonder if i married the wrong man... i wonder if this is an abusive relationship or if i am just supposed to tolerate it because he is a military man and the military changes you that much... enough to threaten killing your dog at times.... enough to threaten a divorce at the drop of the hat... enough to expect that you are cheating all the time... i even got accused of fucking my brother because i hung out with him for a weekend, can you believe that? Who even comes up with something so outrageous....I just don't kow what to do or how to deal... i feel like i am stuck just like when i was with my mother... they are so much a like... i feel like i cant even tolerate online classes because after a fight my depression hits me so hard i cant concentrate and there is a fight everyday.. i feel like i can't partake in college classes until he is deployed... but that is only for so long... what am i supposed to do....
Once upon a time I had a "husband" who told me get a f**ing job after I told him I was going to go back to school. Well I did get a job just to halfway keep the peace, all the while I was miserable as hell! I'll NEVER do that again! You shouldn't have to wait til he's deployed to go to school, that's crazy.
As for him always accusing you of cheating, when the partner is doing the accusing it's usually because they're the one cheating. And what an idiot to say that about your brother, wtf?!
Life is too precious and waaay too short to be with someone that doesn't love/respect/value/cherish you and everything in between! Please don't feel you're stuck. It maybe a bit rough getting out of that rut but it's completely doable! So I'd tell him take his punk arse dog and keep it moving!
