My doc wont let me go back to work citing my work environment is unsafe due to stress and harassment. I was on short term sick benefit while they adjusted my meds. I was having panic attacks and depressive episodes from the constant mental attacks of a co-worker. The company knows this and have effectively done nothing . I get a letter today from my benefit company and they said my claim is closed as of May 21 because Im medically fit for work and that the employee trouble is not covered...case closed. I don't qualify for social benefits because I haven't been fired, technically Im still a full time employee. The company wont allow me back to work against doctors orders and if I ask my doc to ok' me for work then the company wont believe a word of whats going on which in turn will give this evil little troll the green light to harass me further.
I think its time to call it quits....its time for me to go. It means breaking promises...Im sorry to those Im letting down. Im tired and want to sleep my long sleep.

this is no reason to give up living. you can find another job. you can find another doctor. there is only one life and there is a lot of living you still have to do. don't give up now. if you do the troll wins and no one wants that to happen

I have no clue what you are on about...
I spent the day in bed too numb to move...and tomorrow looks just as bleak. I have a surgery coming up, maybe I can will myself to die.

Fuck the troll! They havent won you have dignity and strength and mo matter if it feels that way they cant take that away from you. I hope that you change your mind about calling it quits. Its sounds like you're going through hell, it wont last forever. Change can come from anywhere.

Sweetheart, you need to go back and read the journal entry that we shared a long time ago and in that journal, you made a very special promise to both me and your mom. I'm sorry but I have to hold you to it. You are not one to break promises. Why don't you come out and visit again? I will NOT let you leave me. damn the company should be taken to court and sued for some good money for doing nothing against bully troll.....you have a right to safe work environment no bully and no harassment...

Go back to your doctor and explain your financial situation. Sit him down and explain to him that you have to go back to work whether you like it or not, and you need his support.

He will certainly let you go back.

I know this is a terrible situation you are in right now and I understand that it looks like there's no solution but I don't believe that. I believe there HAS to be something that can be done between the doc and your employer. I don't understand either why in the hell your co-worker has been allowed to harass you with no repurcussions!

Please please don't give up. Please don't lose hope. Is there any type of advocate available to help you?

Bridgie101 I can ask my doctor that's not the problem. If I go back without any action done by the company then they will just say see? Wait the employee out and we don't have to do a thing. The butt munch I work with will see this as a green light to increase his harassment with impunity.I cant just go find a job since my legs don't work right Im not qualified for most jobs that Im educated to do and going back to school is not an option. Angeleyes02 with what I go through every day just to get out of bed is mind boggling ...the multiple surgeries and relentless pain couple that with mobility issues and a ton of pills just so survive I don't call this living. No matter what I do to myself Im going to heaven! Im already in hell right here!
