I want to make this post to warn everyone about some of the problems that people seems to be experiencing with Firefox 3.5.1. The main problem, which I'm experiencing, is that FF doesn't remember passwords. It will remember log in names/ nicks though. No problem is you have the same nick and password for all sites. It is a problem, if not. Other problems that have been reported, which I haven't experienced yet, is Flash not working, vids on You Tube being slow, problems connecting to Farm Town on Face Book (don't know what that is as I'm not of Face Book), FF hogging RAM or FF simply crashing when opened. Different problems for different people.

I had FF 3. something, but I did a check for updates and it upgraded me to 3.5.1, Looking at Task Manager, I want to know why it takes 50 MB of RAM to show a Wikipedia page? A friend is still running on Windows 95 and 64 MB of RAM and shows it just fine.

its all in how you play with FF. i play nice as it does in return. i have not experienced any of the problems you are speaking of. FF has always been a memory hog. only in the last major release did they fix that. 50MB is typical for FF. i usually have 7 or more tabs open at the same time and it'll hog up around 150 to 200MB. seems to be a fine use of ram for me. you may have a memory leak somewhere or if all else fails, completely remove and reinstall FF. That usually gets a fix. if not, you may want to check your system.

i should also mention that i have the PORTABLE version on a flash drive and it runs just fine on most machines. i have to use it sometimes for support when people don't have it installed and IE has crashed. FF has been good to me even before it was known as FF....Mozi anyone? :)

I'm still using 3.0.12 and no problems. I have far more issues with IE8...ugh, hate it.

Hmm.....this is strange....I deleted an accidentally permanently saved certificate and now it asks to save my nick and password for DS. The problem is that it autofills the info. It doesn't leave me logged in here even if the "Remember Me" button is used.
