Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Journaling and getting all your thoughts and feelings out of your head and onto paper can be a big help as well, just giving your mind some free space that you can then occupy with kinder, nicer, more positive thoughts.
Gentle hugs
The Rude thing not to do is send them a message telling them "i meant the people around me so don't assume that i meant the people on this site."
I replied as I did, to suggest that you reach out to the people here on this Board who do know how you feel, who can give you help, suggestions, a caring word....
When you post a Thread, your going to get responses, or that's the hope, that people will take some time from their day and respond to you....learning to take that response and glean from it what you can, and not send out rude messages about it, would be the way to have people keep responding to you.
