Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I'm feeling lonely and sad today. I seem to have so little control over my life. My exhaustion in itself is really limiting. I need rest so bad but my list of responsibilites is so long. It's either I'm running around constantly or in bed crashing.

Several of us suffered from loneliness and depression before coming to Sahaja Yoga and it has changed thousands of lives.
Take care
I think sometimes we just have these "moments" or even days. We feel sad, alone, hopeless and unheard. Having "suffered" from depression for many years I know that sometimes it helps just knowing that others are there. If you haven't been there, it's nearly impossible to truly get it. It's not always about one particular issue, at least with me. We are already friends I believe. As Bluebird just mentioned, message me anytime.
