Feeling like a pile of hot garbage

This depression has me feeling like absolute crap and I'm having a hard time escaping from its deathly grip.

Same here. I just gotta keep trying to get out of my funk by continuing medication, talking with people, applying to things, and exercising.

I had to get out of my comfort zone so often to stop feeling like garbage.

It's a well-nigh impossible task to begin with, but once you begin doing it you achieve so much.

Yeah I hear you Drena. I've been through experiences where you tell someone too much, then all the sudden their not your friend anymore. Or if they are still your friend, they think something is wrong with you. Its really hard to trust people when they can be so judging. They forget its not our place to judge.

Some people judge me for my comments, but they learn real quick where that gets them, a lost friend. But some people don't value my friendship, their not worth my time. But those who value my friendship, I love them! lol.

Since that time, we have had lots of ups and downs but I have never intentionally hurt Mr K in anyway.
