I've had depression for a number of years. But I stopped talking my anti depression tablets. Without my doctor knowing. And now. I getting bad thoughts. Comeing. Into. My head. And flash backs to. The sexual abuse. I suffered. I am also wetting the bed all the time. I think I may have to start taking my pills. But I don't want to I just want to live like a normal person. Without meds

I'm sorry that you are having flashbacks due to the trauma,
No shame or blame in doing what you think is best

I feel like I want to know how I would feel if I stop them (with doctor supervision)
But I believe I did about 2 years ago, and I didn’t do well at all. I slowly went back on becaue I felt I needed to. (Doctor supervision).
