I have been away from this sitefor a long time. Today is an off day ( literally and figuratively ). Home alone and feeling so down. It's 75 degrees and sunny outside yet, I choose to sit and be in my pain! The pain is emotional and psychological . Having endured many loses and brokenheartedness it is hard for me to reach out....... I think the greatest issue is that my adult and grown children lack of concern and what I feel is abandonment just hurts like hell.
I am sure thegeneration we are living in have what I call a spiritual virus of egocentricitym, yet it hurts . All the years of being a single parent and doing the absolute best I could despite a second toxic marriage , my kids resnt her and I believe are brainwashed that I remarried after their mom diet. Sadly, the person I married and eventhough never sick in her lofe became hanidcapped 4 months later and I was left in a very difficult dilema.
Writing this is a catharsis. Still when I press send the pain and hurt will remain. It is very hard and I just feel sad and brokenhearted. I know and believ in my heart and guts I am a tough person mentally, but the decades have taken a tool. It isn't easy to turn off the heart's feelings and just say to hell with it! So, I take one day ata time, sometimes one hour at a time and perservere.
I remember when this site had live chatting interface . That was one reason I left here. Whoever reads this thanks, and if not I at the least was proactive and got the pain on paper..........
Is there someone that you can call? Even a helpline might help to alleviate some of the loneliness. Or better still, is there someone that you could meet, or that
could pick you up today and get out for just a few minutes?

I concur and totally understand about your children.
My hubby and I raised them in church. After my husband died 9 yrs ago, my siblings treated me like I was stupid andi should just acarthur all their "advice" and my liberal son disowned me, I said that's not how it works but whatever, have a nice life and my daughter is near but an atheist so no talk about God.
I have a wonderful church family who include me and other widows in everything. GOD is wonderful at being all our needs.
It took me years to be able to let go of my siblings and son but i've less stress and no drama!
I'm fairly new here and I would love to see that chat option return.
I was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia but evidence leads me and confirms i've had it since my teens.
What is your wife's disability?
Please take to heart that the worse things get in our lives and the world, that that means we are that much closer to Jesus return!
He makes my life bearable ..... among with drugs, rest and godly fellowship!
