I am in a lot of physical and mental pain. I am severely overweight and i feel like i just don't care anymore. I am so depressed i can't think straight. Part of me feels like just continuing to eat until i die...death by fork. Not making a joke when i say this...every step i take hurts...my back, my legs, my knees. I ask God to please take me every day, but he isn't hearing me.. i am tired of the pain. Im tired of feeling huge gross and ugly. Im just plain tired.

Many of you know Mr K told me to "shut your mouth" in March 2025 when we took a road trip to Alpena Michigan. Since that time, we have had lots of ups and downs but I have never intentionally hurt Mr K in anyway. See a doctor, maybe they can help you. Does your insurance cover that surgery to help you lose weight? I heard medicaid would pay for it if the weight is life threatening. I wish medicare would do that. I have known several people that this has made a huge difference in their life.
Then there is plain old exercise and dieting. But. you said you had to much pain to walk, let alone exercise. That is why I suggested the surgery. Good luck to you. Put the fork down and go see a doctor!
Then this past November I started walking 45 minutes to an hour each day to help with my anxiety and depression. As a side effect, I started losing weight with it. Now I am addicting to walking as it helps me both mentally and physically. I am slowly feeling better about myself and am more into exercise and staying healthy.
I don't know if it is possible with your pain, but maybe you can slowly start out walking 5-10 minutes each day until you gradually build up to more and more. It might help with that pain. I used to get pain in my right knee from my inactivity, but it has gone since I started being active again.
