I tried to express something tonight and it went wrong.
Hope kinda died.
I wish...
I wish I had a way with words that I could make people understand me.
I wish...hell I don't know what I wish.
Ignore this.

man, do i know that feeling. i have so much trouble expressing myself verbally that i journal and have my therapist read it. it still doesn't get half of it out, but it helps a little. hope you find the words you need. i'm here if you need to talk.

I'm with you and Val. I know where you're coming from all too well. I find that making lists of all the points I want to make helps, and then I pretend I'm telling someone what's going on, over and over again. Sometimes that's enough, and I don't even have to actually talk to anyone else when I'm finished practicing, but when I do need to reach out, I find that having gone through my emotions in detail helps a lot. *HUGS*

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
