With all the media attention given to this matter, I was a tiny bit surprised that some did not know that. Actually, privacy is a thing of the past. Actually, privacy is the thing of the past. You as all of us are fast becoming subjects of a single most powerful global totalitarian group. Subjects have no rights, no ownership, freedom, and do not have any claim to human constitute at all. As like, what leaves your lips or finger tips are not owned by you anymore up for grabs.

If it came from my minds, then it belongs to me. Don't care if anyone and everyone can read it, don't care if people steal it. Don't care if it gets posted on a giant billboard advertising hoover bags, or soap powder...or condoms. Doesn't faze me, I think fluently, I post fluentlythats the way its always going to be for me.

if it makes you uncomfortable, then you shouldn't be online at all. nothing online is 100% safe no matter who tells you what.

The internet has been around long enough now I'm always surprised when people suddenly realize how really out there what you've written is. Of course people can find what you've written but for most of us, most of the time why the hell would they want to?

i feel sorry for anyone who shares information online that could actually hurt them if revealed. if you search my name you could probably find out my town, but thats as far as it goes. im pretty good about staying in the shadows...

Even if I give people directions they can't find me using google earth, guess that's one reason I don't worry about what I say online, that and the fact that I don't say anything on here that I wouldn't if I were to sit down with someone over a cup of coffee or shot of tequilla.

okay... I totally agree with what you all have said here.. IDK.. right, don 't tell people your user name etc... but even so, you should always lock your journals anyway.. there are words and links out there that are searchable, and even if you write about something and use one of those names... people can find you that way as well. EXAMPLE: I wrote in my journal about someone I knew who had a web site... I wrote the www.blahblahblah.com website in my journal... my inlaws searched for the www.name... and it brought them to my unlocked journal... so no matter what, always be careful and keep your stuff private.

Some people come here for a shelter to talk about things that they may not be able to talk to people about face to face. It IS kind of disturbing to me, but I don't have to please anyone but God.

Elliot88, are you saying your postings are... like... stream of conciousness writing when you say you think fluently?

Personally I have nothing to hide - Yeah I suffer from depression! Yes I have used various illegal drugs!
